When I reply to an email it is starting in the To: field instead of the body. Not sure what caused this to change but FP3 is a possibility.How do I set it back to start in the body?

I have this issue with isolated users. I have not seen any settings or preferences that adjust this. When I deleted Cache.ndk the problem went away temporarily. Our environment is 8.5.1.FP3.

I have just run across this issue as well on three seperate users running 8.5.2 clients and standard 8.5.2 templates (no customizations). I too have found that with two of the users deleting the cahce.ndk clears temporarily, while the third this does not change.
I suspected possibly involving an empty signature, but only one of the users automatically appends a signature, the other two (including the one that the cache removal did not correct) have no signature and does not automatically append.
Any ideas???

Hi, I just started seeing this behaviour today. I have a signature appended each time and have not made any changes to this whatsoever. It has just started to happen - extremely annoying as I mostly start to type a reply as soon as I hit the Reply button.
How can we get this escalated to Lotus support?
