One of our employee when send mail out side Lotus domain(ADI),and when the receiver reply to that mail the address is look like cbccde_abc/SDDS/Pgst/ADI@ADI(it should be cbccde_abc@adi.com)and this is why the mail is not sen to cbccde_abc/SDDS/Pgst/ADI@ADI, I think this is the problem of lotus Notes configuration, Can any one help me please that how can i fix this.

We have the same issue. The workaround we used is to add the bounced address as an alias in the person document. Also check the Recent Contacts to be sure the address isn’t saved.
