Reply to eMail with realname containing comma

Hi group,

if our useres reply to an email containing the senders realname with comma, but without quotation marks (e.g. Meier, Hans h.meier@domain.de), the client tries additionaly to send the mail to “Meier” and delivers it to someone named Meier in our Domain our pops up a message that Meier wasn´t found in the domaindirectory.

Does anyone know this problem, and much more interesting does someone have an idea how to fix the problem?

Best regards

Manfred

I’ve contacted IBM support for a solution.
