Reply to email and Notes client crashes with NSD

Hello,

We have many users the past month that when they reply to an email it will crash the client and create the nsd file.

This does not happen every time and does not happen with all emails. Sometimes they can open the Notes client again and can reply to the same email with no problems.

I have copied the part of the nsd that has 2 fatal threads.

Can anyone look at it and give me a clue to the resolution?

It appears to be having trouble with the ntdll and then a print drivers. I thought it was the print driver, so I change the driver and still get the nsd. The print driver was IIAA2TDD.dll.

IT is for a IBM Infoprint 1552. I change the driver as you can see below to IIAAG2DD.DLL. Why would a print driver show up in the NSD when they are not printing?

Can you completely remove the printer and DLL? Can you try to install another printer?

Thank you for the response!!The users having trouble do have the printer and print driver in question as the default printer. I changed the default printer on a user to a printer that is not using the driver in the nsd and replys worked. So it probably is the driver to the printer. I will have to find a newer print driver for the IBM Infoprint 1352 and IBM Infoprint 1552 printers.
