Hi guys,
another delicious problem sending replies to external recipients.
We have a 6.5.4 client a 6.5.x mailserver , an english mailtemplate and want to reply to a mail from an internet sender.
After sending the mail, the mail is not delivered to the recipient and the sent mail is in the view ($Drafts) and not in the view ($ALL). Forwarding the mail has success, only replying with or wo history has no success.
Are there any suggestions ?
We have tried the following things without success:

delete all design elements and replace the design

delete the cache
-
use the german template ==> SUCCESS !!!

There must be a bug in the english mail template or am OI wrong ?
