Create a confirm for “Reply to All.” We are seeing an increase of users unintentionally replying to company emails

We sent out instructions to everyone in the company (using the BCC field) asking them to do the same thing when sending out an “all users” email. Not everyone has a long memory but the users who most often send “all users” out use that method and we have seen a great reduction in replies to all.
