Reply to all sometimes messes up in certain situations

I have a user who receives e-mails that include multiple To: entries from others on the internet like this:

joeblow@oursite.comjoeblow@oursite.com, “Janeblow@othersite.comjaneblow@othersite.com, "Geneblow@oursite.com"geneblow@oursite.com, “jackblow@othersite.comjackblow@othersite.com

when he hits reply to all, it screws things up in the CC field like this:

"Geneblow@oursite.com, “janeblow@othersite.comjoeblow@site.com, "Geneblow@outsite.com, “jackblow@othersite.comjackblow@othersite.com,

Where oursite.com is our local site, and othersite.com is any other internet site. You’ll notice that for oursite, it puts a quote initially, puts a comma, and then puts a quote again, and then the next person’s e-mail address and it just really screws things up. The person will inevitably get messages back from our domino server stating that there was no from the domino server to whatever site depending on how it interprets the quotes. Some people will have gotten the e-mail, some won’t.

The user originally had 8.0.1 and I upgraded them to 8.5.1 in hopes it would fix it, but it didn’t.

Thanks.

Extra sets of quotes are added, and not properly closed causing invalid message format, which causes messages to fail.

Any ideas?

Thanks for your time
