Has anyone created an “are you sure” prompt for a specific mail group when selecting reply to all?
We have announcement emails that go out to the company using a group and we want to stop users from replying to all.

how about creating your own custom form for announcements that does not allow users to reply? You can add code to the PostOpen event of the form to clear the SendTo, CC, and BCC fields or do some other fancy maneuvering. I’ve done this before. You have to make sure you enable the Include Form in Document property on the form. Of course this only works for internal e-mails. Otherwise you can write a mass mailing app that will send a single e-mail to each member of a group. I think there are some sample dbs in the Sandbox.
