We are using the 6.5 Notes client and 6.5 Domino servers on Win2k3. We have recently converted from Notes 5 for client and server. We have an e-mail account that multiple people monitor and occasionally have to send broadcast memos to the entire company on behalf of executives. In the past we have used a custom built button to perform a “SentBy” function that allows them to choose the “Sender” from the Notes Directory. This allowed them to get all the replies and Out of Office messages. The sender portion of this works fine. Our issue is that since the upgrade to 6.5 the replies are now going to the Principal and not the “Sent By”. Any Ideas?

You may want to modify your code to include a field called ‘ReplYTo’.
If you are using a mail-in database, go into the design and update the reply to field in the DeliveryOptions subform. Then you don’t have a need for that special agent, have them reply to the emails straight away in the mail in database.
