I have 2 users out of the same office, both running Notes client 6.5.5. They send an email from notes client to their hotmail account successfully, when they reply back, the email never reaches their mailbox. I don’t even see it entering our system, nor do they get a delivery failure on the hotmail side.
Any suggestions right off the bat?
