This might have been an issue that’s been around since R5 but our office is only encountering it in R6 and I’ve exhausted all my resources on finding a solution.
Many users are noticing that their replicator workspace launches automatically when they open their Notes mail (server copy) and a “You have new mail” message appears even when there isn’t any new mail. They close the replicator page and a few minutes later, it does this again. No replication seems to be happening and there is nothing in the location doc that indicates that scheduled replication is enabled. There are no accounts and mail preferences are set to check mail every 15 minutes and refresh inbox automatically. I’ve even tried removing the newmailseq parameter in Notes.ini with no affect.
Has anyone else experienced this?
