Im trying to setup a replica of my personal addressd book on a non domino server (its used for ou homefolders) each time i try to replicat my pab to the server it keeps displaying the error unable to find path to server. ihave checked i can reach the server and ping comes back etc. i cant findout anywhere if it is possible for me to create a replica of my pab on my network drive so im not sure if its even possible any help would be greatly appreciated

I don’t think that you can replicate a db to a file server because there is no mechanism at the other end to respond to the call from your local client. You can create the replica but not replicate after that.
I suggest that you use a Lotus script agent to do a file copy of your address book to the file server. You can trigger the agent to suit your needs. It’ll overwrite the previous db on the fileserver silently. It also has the benefit of being a perfect replica if the replica id of your address book is important to you.
