what do you mean, where are they stored? Why not tell us what your end goal is. Might be easier for us to help you out that way. Are you trying to programatically remove them from the replicator page or something like that?

I need this information to be able to troubleshoot a specific issue faced by couple of our users. The scenario is - Our users can access there Lotus Notes mails using Laptops (Local Replica) and through citrix (direct server). Replication is scheduled (every 30 mins) between there local and server replicas for mail file and other applications.

Now whenever our user use citrix and then Laptop there replication entries from the replicator page are removed/deleted/missing. User has resetup all the replication entries manually.

Hope this gives you an idea of the problem I am trying to troubleshoot.

are you using roaming user feature? If not, laptop and client through citrix will have different settings that will not be exchnaged between the 2.

Can you please elaborate on the roaming user feature. I am sorry I am not aware of this.

As far as the laptop and client through citrix settings goes - Can you also please elaborate what settings will not get exchanged.

In out environment files like names.nsf, bookmarks.nsf, notes.ini, desktop6.ndk, cache.ndk are stored on a network drive. For Laptop users above files are synchronized with local files when user logs in to the newtork so in theroy these files are same when the user logs in using laptop or citrix.

this is just a guess but I suspect this may have something to do with it, since the Citrix client doe not have the local replicas present in the data directory the entries on the replicator page get wiped out. Again, it’s just a guess.

Subject: RE: Replication Tab DB entries

Yes - Your guess may be correct. However, the entries should reappear when the user logs on to the laptop where local replicas are present.

For me to be able to find understand what is actually happening I would need to know where exactly the entries on the replicator page are stored ( which field/ database etc). Once I know this I can then monitor them whilst logging using different ways and try to pin point when actally the wiping process take place.

Please do let me know if you have any idea of where the entries are stored.

Thanks and Regards,

Parag
