Many of my Users are having problems replicating with the server. When they replicate their mail they receive mail fine but when documents are being sent to the server it take a long time and then times out. Our servers have disk space of 100 Gig but got down to 1 gig available and then the problems started. I have freed up 17 gig but the problem is still there. Also when I was trying to send my boss a message (from my home) I got the timed out error message but he did get the message. We run two servers in a cluster and have the problem on both.

I’d be awfully suspicious based on this line of yours: “Our servers have disk space of 100 Gig but got down to 1 gig available and then the problems started.” I wonder whether in fact you got down to 0 gig for some brief period of time. I’ve seen Windows get hosed based on having no place to put the system files it’s constantly creating/updating, and once it happens, you may have no choice but to rebuild the server from the OS up.
Just a possibility.
