We have two Domino Servers, ServerA and ServerB. Administrator setup connection replica between DBs. We did a mistake beause in ACL we didn´t bring Roles to servers, and Roles are into Readers and Editors fields. So there are documents in ServerA and it there aren´t in ServerB. We setup Roles to both, but when Replica finished, documents don´t replicate. What can I do for solve this problem?. We did another mistake, we didn´t see that others BDs exist with same Replica ID, and I think that it can be a big problem. What´s better way for solve it?

In terms of your [roles] problem and having a different set of docs on ServerA compared to ServerB, that’s easy. Fix the ACL and clear rep history and replicate. Worst case, you have to replicate using your own id instead of letting the servers do it. That’s easy, even if it takes a bit of time.
The other problem is serious. If you have multiple copies of a db with same rep id on a server, you will have nasty problems. You should at least turn off replication (Temp Disable) for the other replica copies, but ideally get rid of them. Only bad things come of having multiple replica copies on a single server.
