Replication problem with mail archive

Hi there,

I’ve noticed a “little” problem in our Domino cluster-replication configuration. We have replicas of our mail databases & mail archive databases on 2 domino servers. New mails are correctly replicated from the user’s home server to the 2nd server.

But the problem is, that the archiving-task runs only on the user’s home server (where it works correctly) and archived mails are not replicated to the archive mail db on the 2nd server. Additionally, mail which has been archived on the home server (and deleted from the original mail db) is still in the 2nd server’s mail databases.

It seems, that the archiving-operations are not replicated between the two servers. Is there a possibility to activate this? Do i have to run the archiving-task on both servers?

Hi, we are experience the same problem.

When a user archive mail from their mail file everything works fine, but:

On the second node, their archived mail is still in inbox/folders. When user tries to open “a archived/deleted mail” we got error – The document has been deleted.

Only solution is to delete the “broken” mail file and replace with the other one, its NOT possible to run a manual replication to fix this:(

Any solution out there?
