Dear all,

There are 3 servers which have a common database (manually I created replica from one server to the other two).

What is the propriate replication policy, in order not to lose any data? How to connect the servers and what intervel to set for replication?

As it is the first time, you have created a replica of the database on the remaining two servers, For replication to take place regularly, make a connection doc for replication to take place between them and schedule it as per your convenience.

Create a Connection Document From Server 1 to Server 2,Server 1 to Server 3,Server 2 to Server 1,Server 2 to Server 3,Server 3 to Server 1,Server 3 to Server 2

For Creating Connection Documnets ,Check Domino Admin Help or Domino Admin Guide.
