Most of the clients working locally, and they replicate to the server every 5 minutes.
But, sometimes they complain that they do not received any new emails, when I check than I see that in their replication page, the status is pending.
Try to stop, close the replication page etc none of them working, sometime I can’t close the lotus notes client. I have to shutdown it down manually from the task manager. After restart the lotus notes, replication can works normally.

I would recommend a less frequent replication interval. Every 15 minutes should be more than sufficient. If someone can’t wait 15 minutes for a specific e-mail they can easily go to the replicator and manually initiate a Send/Receive. Try it and see if your problems are reduced.
Anyone else seeing this or have an update/fix? We have been seeing this in the 8.5.2 client as well for many of our users. FP2 has not to resolved the issue and IBM has not come up with anything for us yet. We also have local replication set for under 10 minutes and it is not going to be an option for us to increase that to a longer interval.
