Greetings
I have taken over a Domino system and was reviewing the replication settings that were in place. I noticed replication was occuring on a number of databases like names, admin4 etc on a regular basis, which was fine. I set about changing the replication connection documents so that the main hub server would replicate to the clusters rather than individual servers. Doing this didn’t seem to change anything. Viewing the replication schedule in the admin client didn’t match what was being replicated and also included servers that had been decommissioned.
I decided to remove all the replication connection documents for that server, and then stopped and started the replica task. This had not effect on the replication or the replication schedule. I rebooted the server. Still no effect.
Now I’m stumped! I cannot find where it is storing the replication settings. I’ve cleared rep history on names.nsf but nothing seems to stop it replicating.
Help! if anyone has got any clues I would be much appreciated as I’m starting to lose hair.
Cheers
Peter
