I have two (2) R602 CF1 servers, in a cluster. I have a connection between to do pull/push from 6am - 6pm every hour. The issue I have is that some of the mail databases replicate changes in realtime and the others replicate the changes every hour. Is there a setting in Domino that will do all real-time? I have the connection document in case the repication fails for some reason.

OK, Clustered Servers will Replicate based on events. So therfore virtually Real-Time Replication.
Any database that has a replica on both servers will be in the Cluster Database Directory, and will therefore get replicated.
You only need the Replication Document to perform “mop up” replication for updates that may have got missed by the Cluster Replicator for what ever reason, i.e. one server was down for backup, or crashed.
