My client is having what appears to be a unique issue with replication between two servers. Server A is Win2008 and server B is Linux. Server A upstream data connection is somewhat slow but should be workable. The time on both servers is correct. Both servers are running v8.5.2
When replicating from B to A, there doesn’t seem to be an issue. However, when replicating from A to B, the replication starts fine then slows to a crawl. Once complete, the replication history entry on the server B replica for the last data received from A to be 21/02/2017. Always the same date. No further data is sent to the B replica unless the history entry is cleared.
At times, the history entry on the B replica shows 21/02/1997, but this seems more random.
This is happening on almost all the databases which replicate between the two servers.
Does anyone have any idea what could be causing this?
