Replication Error

Hi All ,

One user has created the replica on local machine so that he can check mail offline , but now user is complaining that when at home he work on replica and compose new memo

look ahead feature not working . I have already created the replica of name.nsf also but still not working , What we are missing any idea ?

Have you added the address book under user preferences>mail?
