When I try to set a New Replication for our Company AB, I get an error saying that the Database is in use by me or another user. The database is not open and I do not get this error message with any other database. Others can replicate this DB successfully. The same problem exists with Notes 5.0.8.

It’s probably because you’re trying to access the database as a local file in the server’s file system, rather than requesting it thru the Domino server. Since the server is also using the file, you can’t. Your other users don’t get this message because they don’t have access to the server’s file system and so cannot even try to access the database locally.
