Replication causes old action bar to appear

The order and numbers of action bar buttons where changed in a view in a local database. When the database is copied to a server the actions bar looks as expected in the server copy but when the database is replicated to the server an old action bar appears in the server replica.

Additional changes to the local database action bar will show up in the server copy when recopied but not in the server replica when replicated.

Any suggestions?

Thank you for your comment, but no there are no hide-when settings. What I also noticed is that all my shared actions were converted to non-shared in all views.
