I have a user that needs to manage two mail databases from within Notes. I have setup replication and I have edited the location document and changed the mail file location to "mail" in order to replicate both databases. The replication works fine. However, the problem is that Notes apparantly needs to have a specific database filename specified in the location document in order to start.
My question is how do I setup Notes to continue to replicate both databases and open both local databases when it starts?
Look on the Replicator page, based on your question, both databases should already be there, and both should be replicated.
The Location document is used to open the user’s PRIMARY mail file, and as such, should contain the name of the user’s mail file (specified in the server’s name and address book)
In the BookMark bar, look for a folder named ‘More bookmarks’. Open it. There should be a folder named ‘Startup’. Drag all the databases that you want to open automatically into the ‘Startup’ folder.
