What are the differences between replacing the mail template via “File > Database > Replace Design” and doing it by “File > Database > Properties” and changing the template name in the “Design” tab?Is one method more recommended than the other?

‘Replace Design’ will change the name of the database’s template, and also update the database with the new template.
Changing the name in the Design tab of the database properties will only change the name, but does not update the design of the database. The database will be typically be updated when the scheduled design task runs overnight, or could be updated manually with file>database>refresh design.
