Hi! I’ve recently changed some details on the NTF template of users mail database and I would like to apply the changes on every mail database.Is there a command I could write down on the console command line to apply it immediately?
I thought that the replace run during the night everyday, but I can see no changes on user mail file.
Instead if I replace the design manually I can see the right results.
Please, help me.

First note, that there is a difference between replace design and refresh design? What did you use?
The console command to refresh all databases in a folder “mail” from their respective templates is
load design -d mail
but I’d recommend you make 100% sure that you know what you are doing, what will change (under what preconditions) and what will not.

load design -f mail\filename.nsf
you may also want to run convert if you have made changes to views and want them to apply to folders in the mailfile.
