Hi there,
I have a user who created a couple of repeat reminders when his mail file was still in R4 design. Now he’s been upgraded to R6.5, whenever you try to open up these reminders, you get the error:
Error trying to open document: Note item not found
It then lets you go into the reminder anyway but if you make a change and try to save and close it, it says,
An error occured while saving: Note item not found
You can only close without saving.
I’ve searched the forums for this and the only other similar post I could find was from the famous Axelrod but it was never looked into fully.
Can anyone help?
