Here we go again… I have found that when there is a repeat meeting and there have been many cancellations over the lifetime of the meeting then I get bad behavior when there is a cancellation under ND8.
Here are the circumstances:
Create weekly meeting for one year
Invite a number of users
Cancel a number of dates
Under ND8 when the invitee opens the most recent cancellation they will get prompts for all of the previous cancellations and will have to reopen the cancellation however many times that there were previous cancellations. Today I had to reopen a cancellation notice for a staff meeting about 10 times.
From a configurations standpoint the invitee “Process cancelled meetings automatically” and “Show as cancelled in calendar” turned on.
Any thoughts??
