Repair Calendar Fails

I have noticed that I have duplicate calendar entries - when I click on one I get this popup:

I click ok and the entry displays. I click save & close and am asked which entry to update (I’ve tried all options). It saves but does not close. If I then close and click NO to save the entry then the entry is lost.

We’re really struggling with the Calendar Repair tool. Many of our PA’s manage several people’s calendars and we have a lot of rescheduled meetings.

They are getting frequent Calendar Repair messages which mostly end with the repair erroring.

“A problem occurred and the repair could not be completed. Try again or contact your helpdesk if the problem persists.”

The calendar entries remain as is and tehusers are unable to add another attendee or room or change the times etc.

Any help gratefully accepted!!

so that we can do a deeper dive on your problem. The Calendar Repair logic should normally be able to handle the problems it that trigger its use so a failure to repair is something we want to look closer at.

Subject: Any resolution yet?

I am also seeing this issue.

When reading up on the process, it advises this error will only appear when running on an older version of Domino Server.

We are running 8.5.1 FP4 of Domino Server and 8.5.1 FP3 for the client and my users are being told the repair failed and to contact support!
