Yes, it is possible but time consuming and you must be very thorough. Also, if you change the organization the ’ 0 ’ level cert, you must recertify each user ID inorder for them to connect correctly. Changing the domino domain is easier than changing the domino organization. The domain relates primarily to email while organization relates to certificates and authentication etc.
