I changed a users common name in the Admin, when the process completed the message log says: Address Book File name: names.nsf; Error: Your public key does not match the one stored in the Address Book.
How do I fix this. I have the users id file, but she can not access the server. She never did get the change name request.

Login to Admin Id, Open the users person document in the Server, Go to Certificates, Edit the document and Paste the copied into the field (Notes Certificate Public Key) and Save the document.
