Rename Person ERROR

Hi,

I have searched the forums and have tried all the suggestions, but it doesn’t solve my problem.

When I try and rename a person’s common name from the Administrator, I get the following error:

“Title: Address Book name: names.nsf; Error: The signature on the certificate was found to be invalid. Check the log file for details.”

I have copied the user’s id certificate (public key) and pasted it in the user’s person document in the Address Book. But I still get the error.

Any guidance in the right direction will be appreciated.

Could you post the procedure which u used when u tried to rename a person?

Hi Ron,

Thanks for your response. I went into Administrator, selected the person, and clicked on Rename… I then selected the Common Name to be changed to. It then put it in the Admin Req db. After a while, it shows the error mentioned.
