Rename over 4000 web users?

Hi,

I finallyt get client users certified to another domain. Thanks for your help. But, another problem …

I have over 4000 web users, which name should be changed from User/A to user/B, in domino directory, ACLs etc. I have made some test with couple of users and adminp change their name in directory and in ACL and groups etc as it should do.

Problem is, how wan I ask adminp to change all web users hierarcial names from /A to /B? I can select multiple persons and choose rename, but I have to enter org.unit for every person separately.

Ideas?

This may or may not help you, but I did something like this not too long ago and I just did everything manually – that is manually with agents. I did an export of all the names with their mail files, shortname, etc. and then plugged that into a registration script and registered under the new organization. I then ran agents to change the org in groups, alcs, etc.
