We are migrating some people from sevaral offices to our main office.
We have one user who’s mailbox has the same name as a mailbox already on our server.
Is it possible to rename one of the 2 the mailfiles (adminP)?

The filename cannot be renamed by adminp. You would need to rename the filename on the OS manually, and then update the users person document mail file field to reflect the change.
