We are about to add a large number of resources to our Resource Booking System. The problem is that any resources show up in the address book when you go to choose a recipient from the address book to send an email to.
Is there any way to remove resources from this view?

In the address book dialog box you can use the View By dropdown list to sort them by, say, hierarchy, so as long the “site” for the resource doesn’t match an existing notes name hierarchy they can be filtered that way.
You don’t want to remove them completely because I think that’s how Notes implements meeting reservations: by sending mail to a resource.
