Removing or Replacing Inbound SMTP Addressing

My users are complaining about the fact that when they reply to a message they received from outside the organization, their internet address is included in the list of recipients.

For example, user Joe Guy/Company gets an email where jguy@company.com is in the cc field. When he replies, jguy@company.com is put in the cc field and the Notes client does not recognize that user as being Joe Guy/Company.

Is there any way to convert the names of users within the domain to their Notes name before it is delivered to their mailbox? Or does anyone have any other ideas?

Populate the Internet Mail Address field in the location document with the user’s internet address, and it will drop it from the Reply to all.

I’ll give it a try.
