Removing database icons added to Lotus Notes workspace

Hi,

We have created a Group Calendar in User A’s mail box added about 10 users to the group. When User A opens any users calendar from the group, it adds the users mailbox on the user A’s workspace. Is there anyway to prevent the other user’s mailbox icon from being added to the workspace as it makes the workspace look very congested.

Any help is appreciated.

Just move the Bookmarks to another tab on the workspace. This would clear it up and stop the workspace looking messy.

IBM would be pushing for everyone to user ICON based bookmarks and quick links rather than the workspace… this is never going to happen

As for stopping them populate this would stop local caching of information and may effect the user.
