Provided that the embedded notes id has been removed from the mail box. When the user opens the encrypted email on web, a default content of encrypted email will be shown. My question is how to remove the default email content.
The content is about to ask the user to re-import the notes id in order to read the encrypted email.

The body of this messaeg is encrypted and cannot be decrpted, either because it S/MIME encrypted or because the server cannot access your private keys.
If it is S/MIME encrypted (eg., you received the error “Unable to decode S/MIME stream”), you will need to open it with a Notes client.
If it is Notes encrypted, you must import your Notes ID (which contains your private keys), or open it with a Notes client. Click help for details.
We use the mail template (dwa7.ntf). Please kindly let me know how to remove the above message. Which form, view, agent etc?
