I have disabled sametime from running and now I am in need of removing the sametime communities on the client or not having it automatically log in. I was dreaming of removing the sametime side panel and removing the communities.
Does anyone know how to do this?

Subject: No Sametime
When installing Lotus Notes, you can choose not to install the Sametime component. To remove it from a current installation, you can run the installer on the machine and modify the installation, and choose to remove the Sametime component.
Subject: so you cannot “disabled” sametime
I can do that but it seems silly to have to do that all the time. I would think a better feature method would be to able to delete the communities from the client and leave the plug-in.
I will try and see if I can set the client to not auto login and see if that does what I want it to.
