Dear Support
Before upgrade the server, server had norton mail option , domino 6.5 and windows 2000 advance server. after upgrade the server installed win2003 with domino 8.0. when we start the server “sav” folder auto matically created under notes root, but this sav folder related to norton mail option.
how can we remove this option

Not totally sure what you’re trying to accomplish either, but doesn’t symantec put entries in the notes.ini file, specifically the Tasks line? If you remove ntask, or nsav or whatever it’s called that may solve the issue.
