We have made modification on the email addresses of our people, (changing Internet domain address)
E-mails pass now by a different domino domain (domainA) before arriving in the mailbox of the users (on domainB). (adjacent domain)
no problem with emission (by domainB)
no problem with reception (by domainA)
If we use the reply button to answer a message, the email address of the recipient appear now as originalsender@originalsendersdomain.com@domainA
(the distribution information of the recepted e-mail indicate originalsender@sendersdomain.com@domainA)
The message is well sent (using domainA this time) but I would prefer to hide the @domainA (missunderstanding of the users about the exact address of their correspondents) and in fact using my own smtp server on domainB for sending e-mails on Internet.
Any idea?
I have already checked the forum, but no real answers on the same problem (except edit the mail template to remove “+ “@” +FromDomain” entry on some forms fields)
(checked everything under the global domain doc, configuration parameters doc (mime…))
