Question: do we have to remove ID Recovery when we want to use ID Vault?I have setup the ID vault. For some users the ID is uploaded to the ID vault, that is correct. Some ID’s (same certifier and policy) seems not to upload to the Vault but only to the ID recovery database…

The inconsistency sounds like some clients are not up to 8.5 or a policy snafu; have you checked the effective policy for the users who aren’t uploading to ensure that they have the correct vault settings?
