Ive had a major issue with a lotus notes database (in R6) in that users couldnt see their documents in a view. After carrying several investigations to figure out this issue, it turned out that users had to remove the database icon from their workspace and add it on again.
Just wanted to know if anyone else has come across this issue. Is it a bug within Lotus Notes R6 or is it something else which i am not familiar with.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Please note the issue was not related to users having a local replica of the database on their workspace because no users had any local replica of the database
