HI,Sunddenly for some users the mails in the mail box got encrypted.Hence the user was not able to view the mails using webmail.After Importing the id file the users was able to view those mails.
But I wanted to know how the mails got encrypted automatically.Also if there is any way to remove this encryption.
I tried by running a agent which makes the field value(encrypt) of the encrypted mail to “0”,but it doesnt work.
Also if I edit the document & go to delivery option & remove the the encrypt check mark & save the mail then that mail is viewed using webmail without importing the id file.But this cannot be done for all the mails.
Is there any way so that I can remove the check mark of the encrypted mail from the mail box using script or agent.
