My local mail archive(nsf) is giving “You are not authorized” message while trying to access. This local archive file is encrypted to my id, but my access(ACL) to this nsf file has been removed. Can any one share how to recover this nsf file?

You should consult your administrator. If the file is placed on the server, the “Full Access Administration” option in the administrator client would allow the admin to change the ACL.

I have heard that if you can’t find the id file which encrypted the nsf then their is nothing (not even full access admin) can open it or decrypt it.
