We just migrated our users to a new domain and they are unable to access old emails because their user name is now different. Is there a way to remove encryption on old emails? I would be extreamly greatful if someone could help with this. It is becomming a huge problem.

If the rename was completed via adminp the old messages should be accessible since the ID would contain the old private key.
How were the renames initiated?
