Hi! I am trying to archive my mails by using Default for last modified profile. In the general criteria information for “how do you want to clean up documents in this application” I am using reduce the size of documents in the application => remove attachment leave summary.
But this option is not working properly. For some mails it is just crating a copy of the document in archive file but it is not creating the summary document in the mail file. It leaves the document in the mail file. It happens for the mails which I received from external users having attachments.
