Remote Server Setup problem

When trying to setup a 2nd server am encountering an error. “You are not authorized to use the server”.

  1. The server -listen program is running

  2. The remote install program is running, pings successfully.

  3. The remote install program starts and completes 20% of the install when the error occurs.

  4. The ID file of the new server has been created and installed, with read/write permissions.

The server install is not completed.

Would sure appreciate some help on this. Thanks all.

Subject: Remote Server Setup problem

This was fixed by changing a setting in the config file Basics to allow anyone to Access server. After I did that, i was able to install, and then reset the Basics to its original config.
