I have a user that when she adds meetings or reminders in her calendar the alarm notification will not come up. All of her local agents are enabled and the option for alarm notification is enabled does anyone know what could be causing this?

check her location doc (Edit Current) and make sure the mail server and mail fle are correct. also try disabling alarms then re-enable, sometimes that does the trick.
